Call 911

Went with Miss Ava to the fire station today!

With a "little" encouragement she sat in the truck.

Then we headed back to the school for snack time.

It was Ava's snack day. We made these super easy little fire truck crackers. Just take a grahm cracker and cut off the corner. Then spread on a little red frosting and add a mini oreo split apart for the wheels. I took a gumdrop and cut it in half for the siren. The latter was made by my 10 year old daughter from pretzels. I have seen other versions with black licorice but my kiddos don't like it so no licorice for our truck. Easy peasy lemon squeezy:)

Yummo....tie dye fun

I got the idea to make these yummy tie dye cupcakes...here. I made them for Kylie's unbirthday school treat. Her birthday is in the summer so she usually misses out on taking a birthday treat.

My little helper was ready!

They were so colorful and fun. The kiddos loooved them:)

The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow?

Well the weather has been gloomy and rainy. Tomorrow is trick or treating and we are hoping for just a little sunshine. Every since Ava dressed up as Annie for her Halloween party at school she has been singing her little heart out. I hope she is right and we see a little break from the rain!

A few years back my mom and me made the sweatshirt I am wearing. I took the footprints from my three kiddos and made ghosts. It is amazing how fast time flies~now 2 of them have bigger feet than me:(

Halloween Page

I'd like to share the 12 x 12 page my Scrapbook made last week. All supplies are Stampin' Up!. We had a great time together. Sorry the picture is not very good.  The set used is" Twick or Tweet" 18.95 page 10 in the Holiday Mini. For the scroll in the background I used "Baroque Motifs" 27.95 page 131 in the Idea Book and Catalog. I love both sets. Covered some chipboard letters with Designers Series Paper "Cast a Spell", page 161 in the Idea Book and Catalog. You can get any of these items from me or go online and order directly from my online store. http://debbiebartak.stampinup.net/

Hail to the Victors......

I don't usually blog about football but how about that Michigan team today! We live about 20 minutes from Notre Dame in Michigan so it is THE game to watch. Needless to say we are HUGE Michigan fans. The game today was a nail biter, which made it fun to watch. Hopefully Michigan can keep it up~the true freshman quarterback is looking very good. Hail to the victors:)

They grow so fast....

Ava had her first day of preschool today. To say that she was excited is an understatement. Except for feeling a little nervous when I left she did great. Her brother and sister started school on Tuesday and she has been impatiently waiting for her turn. Why do they have to grow up so fast. My oldest started middle school this year, it seems like yesterday I was sending him to preschool. Tear. Why does time have to go soooo fast?

Cal Ripken Michigan State Champions

I am so proud of our all star team. They are the Michigan representative for the Cal Ripken Ohio Valley Regional!!
The little lady that is standing is my youngest, Ava. She has fun with her friends at the ball park. It's a good thing because we spend a LOT of time at the ball park:)
It's a family affair! My husband coaches. My daughter Kylie was the photographer so I don't have any pics of her.
We will be traveling to Lexington, Kentucky to play for regionals. Lots of fundraising between now and then! It will be a lot of fun and it will be our family vacation this summer. I am not looking forward to traveling in the car for 6 hours with three children~~wish me luck!
